Are you looking for a seasonal warehouse role with Royal Mail? With Christmas fast approaching, we are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to help deliver to the nation during the busiest time of the year.
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be working as part of a friendly team and will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, scanning, and labelling parcels, ready to sort them so they arrive at their destination safely and on-time.
Royal Mail is one of the UK's most trusted and loved brands, and you'll play a vital role on helping to
deliver Christmas across the UK.
Pay and shift patterns:
Various shift patterns are on offer, and these are:
- Morning: Tuesday to Sunday 06:00 - 14:00 - £11.99
- Late: Monday to Sunday 14:00 - 22:00 - £12.99
- Night: Monday to Sunday 22:00 - 06:00 - £14.47
What skills and experience should you have?
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility, able to adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to push trolleys
- Good literacy level to read postcodes and addresses with tested checking skills
- A 'can do' approach and be confident working to tight deadlines
- Experience in s similar role is a plus, but it's not essential
