What kind of technology do you use to find the right candidates?

To go beyond simple keyword matching, we've partnered with OpenAI and developed our own in-house AI tool, Betty (named after our founder). This advanced technology digs deep into candidate profiles, skills, and experience to identify the best fit for your role, speeding up skills-based hiring and removing bias from the process. It also makes sure that good candidates aren't overlooked due to minor discrepancies in wording.

How do you assess candidate personality or skills?

We offer complimentary psychometric assessments, including DISC and Big Five personality tests, to help you understand candidates' personalities, work styles, and potential team fit. These assessments are independently reviewed by a psychologist and are part of our partnership with the University of Kent.

Does HRGO conduct face-to-face interviews with all candidates?

We strive to meet candidates face-to-face whenever possible. However, with remote work now the norm, we offer video interviews as a convenient and flexible way to initially screen candidates. This allows us to get a feel for their personality and communication style before they move on to in-person interviews with you.

Do you offer support for companies going through redundancies?

Yes, we do, through our Redundancy Support Programme. This programme is customised to your needs and can include live webinars, one-on-one sessions, and other resources.
