The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, able to work as part of a team or individually. You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities within existing customers. You will own your own client base and be responsible for processing customer's orders.

General Duties -
Handle calls professionally and in a timely manner
Minimising order losses by providing solutions to the customers
Process orders over the phone
Upselling products to maximise customer spend

Be self-motivated and work towards targets
Excellent listener and communicator
Previous experience in fast paced office/call centre environment
Strong customer service skills
