Line Leader

HRGO Recruitment are currently for a Line Leader for the client based in the outskirts of Canterbury.

Due to the location you must be able to drive.

This is a Temporary Role.

Hours:

Full time hours, will include weekends and evenings.

Pay:

£12.13ph

Summary of the role:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the line.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and production targets are achieved.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

The Ideal Candidate will have relevant experience.
