HRGO are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager for an exciting group of companies dedicated to providing top-tier services and products across multiple industries. The successful candidate will need to be able to implement our digital marketing strategies, website design, SEO, AdWords, and social media presence in a full 360 role.
Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role:
Website Design and Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of company websites to ensure they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our websites' search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Google AdWords: Manage and optimise Google AdWords campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
Social Media Management: Create and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our websites.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all digital channels and provide regular reports with accountable insights to improve our marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams across multiple companies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Skills:
Proven experience in website design and management.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and social media advertising.
Proficiency in using digital marketing analyitics tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
