HRGO are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager for an exciting group of companies dedicated to providing top-tier services and products across multiple industries. The successful candidate will need to be able to implement our digital marketing strategies, website design, SEO, AdWords, and social media presence in a full 360 role.

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role:

  • Website Design and Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of company websites to ensure they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our websites' search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Google AdWords: Manage and optimise Google AdWords campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Social Media Management: Create and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our websites.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all digital channels and provide regular reports with accountable insights to improve our marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams across multiple companies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in website design and management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analyitics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
