Your Tasks:
As an Sales Representative you will support our internal sales team at the Warsaw site in the initial consultation of new and existing customers.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships and a high level of customer interactions through outbound calls and emails (incl. pre-defined call target)
Processing all incoming enquiries and identify customer requirements
Promote sales of Client products & services, therefore maximize the sales opportunities to achieve and maintain monthly revenue targets.
Taking ownership for your customers and distributors and demonstrate a professional sales orientated attitude at all times.
Understanding how our solutions fit into the market place to support customers and distributors with product advice and knowledge.
Developing customized product solutions in cooperation with an interdisciplinary team
Usage of the CRM tool to effectively communicate new companies, contacts, lead generation, business opportunities and assign tasks to the appropriate channels, as defined.
Carrying out product presentations on the phone, but also on site with our business partners
Professional customer support in collaboration with the sales managers and our sales partners to execute optimum sales approach
Participation in trade fairs, meetings and training courses
Your Profile:
Team-orientated personality with sales talent and a degree in business administration or sales
Sales operational experience with technical products (B2B)
Convincing communication and presentation skills
Enjoy acquiring new customers and identifying new market potential
Strong customer orientation combined with a high standard of service quality
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and an affinity for new IT systems
Independent and organized way of working
Native Polish and fluent English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
