Key Responsibilities:
Goods In Operations: Receive, count, and accurately record stock in our ERP system, ensuring smooth processing of deliveries.
Warehouse Management: Maintain efficient stock control, manage stock movements, and keep the warehouse organised.
Kitting & Allocation: Carefully allocate and prepare components for works packages, ensuring precision in every step.
Material Traceability: Maintain clear and accurate traceability of goods and materials throughout the process.
Shipping Prep: Get materials ready for external processing and manage incoming goods once processing is completed.
Packing & Dispatch: Pack goods with care, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements, ensuring perfect shipments every time.
Courier Management: Coordinate and book couriers, ensuring all export compliance regulations are met.
General Maintenance: Contribute to the upkeep of the warehouse with general maintenance and support tasks.
Driving: When needed, handle driving duties to support the team.
Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as directed by management to ensure the team is supported and operations run smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
Forklift License (preferred but not essential)
English & Maths GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent)
Experience:
Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable with computers, including MS Office
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and stay on top of varying duties
Team player who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys hands-on work
