You will ensure training and guidance is provided to your new team members on a daily basis in order to achieve the companies targets and elevate the team's performance.
What will you be doing in your new Team Leader role?
Managing a medium size team
Being responsible for learning and development of your team
Effective management of the team's KPIs
Responsible for producing reports for senior stakeholders and customers
Managing absences, sickness and lateness
